This series is devised for lute players and guitarists and for those interested in the lute and its repertoire. Each video introduces and new piece and provides a little bit of context and background into the original source material. Towards the end of each video, I introduce a couple of ‘top-luteweb-tips’ which focuses on specific technical aspects of playing the lute.
Below I have listed the three main live links connected to each piece. They will be in the following order:
- The guide video – which includes the background information, the performance and my ‘top-luteweb-tips’
- A solo performance of the chosen piece only.
- A link to download the music. In some cases there may be versions available in French and Italian tablature. Some episodes also include an audio m4a practice track.
